Funeral for (EJ) Eric Harris

Friends and family,

 

My brother Eric Christopher Harris Jr. passed away on Sunday February 20th, 2022. He was fatally shot while visiting his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. My family and I are deeply devastated. For those of you that knew EJ, you knew that he was a funny and passionate person. 

 

Eric lived life to the fullest and made the most out of each day while here on earth. He had big dreams and a big heart. He took care of those who needed his help and will be remembered as the loving person he was. While many of you knew him as EJ he was also a father, a son, a brother, an uncle, a nephew, a cousin, a friend. 

 

Due to the unexpected and unfortunate circumstances of his death the insurance company will not cover his burial and funeral expenses at this time until the investigation is complete. As you can imagine this is a hard thing to ask but if you can donate towards Eric’s funeral expenses we would greatly appreciate it. And we know that he would too. 


 

Every donation will get us closer to bringing Eric back to Las Vegas, Nevada where he will be buried next to his nephew Maliq Xavier Simmons so he can rest peacefully. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for all your thoughts and condolences.
