Support Altadena Families in Crisis

What I have seen over the last few days in Los Angeles has broken my heart; people have lost their lives and their homes, and everything that meant something to their daily lives is now a memory. I was unaware of the community of Altadena, CA, where blacks were able to buy a home in the 1960s, and many of these homes were passed down to people in their families. This community has been devastated, and so many of the men, women, and children in this community will be displaced without a safety net.

I am asking anyone who reads this to donate whatever you can to help this community, to give them a hand while they deal with FEMA, and to give them insurance to get their life back.

This money will not go into my account. It will go directly to help the less fortunate people.

Let us all come together to help our brothers and sisters.
