Our Loving Father Rafael Santiago

Hi, my name is Dolores Santiago and Debra Angomas we are heartbroken to announce the passing of our beloved dad Rafael Antonio Santiago. As we say goodbye to our loved one in this difficult time we are turning to our family and friends for support in need to cover the cost of our dad's funeral expense and other burial cost. Everyone who knew my dad knows he always had a story to tell. He raised his two beautiful daughters, and he loved his family, friends and dog dearly.
