Help from homeless

Please help my friend and her son before they are wrongfully evicted.

This is Angie and her special needs son Skyler. They are the last tenants staying in a complex here in town that was bought by new owners in April. Although she has a lease to stay until March 2026 they are in the process of serving her eviction papers and have offered a new month to month with a 85% increase on the price she was paying. There were negotiation attempts although the new owners quickly disagreed to consider. Angie has worked extremely hard to ensure her son has the care he requires including 4 weekly appointments. The goal is to ensure they are not homeless before finding a new home.

One by one the new owners bullied 5 tenants to move out. Three of those families are still homeless including another single mom, elderly disabled couple one on oxygen the other a retired vet.
