Friends and Family-
After several years of unsuccessfully trying to grow our family, Josh and I have received the unfortunate news that things just aren’t going to happen the old fashioned way. Josh has been diagnosed with Azospermia, a form of male infertility that is likely due to a very large cyst growing inside his prostate. Removal of the cyst is complicated and may do more harm than good. We have yet to find a doctor even willing to operate on it.
We have chosen to pursue other fertility options, and after much poking and prodding the doctors at IVF Florida have given us the green light to begin In-vitro Fertilization or IVF. Unfortunately, IVF is very expensive and is not covered by insurance. We have been saving, but the time it would take to raise this money ourselves would drop our odds of success considerably (age is a big factor).
And so we are asking you, our friends and family, for any help you might have to offer; be that money or prayers, shares or a hug, or even naked dances in the moonlight to the fertility god of your choice. Every bit helps us along.
The day we were married, the pastor asked “What do you get when you mix a Regan and a Fowee?”
We’d love to find out.
From the bottom of our hearts
Thank you.
