Dogs surgery bill

My family’s dog was attacked by a husky last night after running out the door. He’s only 8 months old we’re still training him. He’s half chihuahua half terrier so he’s really small. It was really late so I couldn’t get him to the vet til the morning and now they’re wanting to do emergency surgery since his legs & neck have deep cuts. He also has foxtails in his ear from being dragged through the dirt. This is to pay for the emergency surgery & medicine for after care. We just want him to not be in pain :( even $1 helps
