A run for rachel

My sister Rachel recently died from suicide. She was struggling with mental Illness for the last few years. I feel that mental illness is a topic we have brought to light over the last few years, but I think there is a long way to go with promoting it yet. As we are coming into the Christmas period I feel there are alot of people alone and depressed. I am deciding to run 100k in 20 days.
