I WANT TO LIVE

Donation protected
As some of you know my life hung in the balance between life and death after an 18 yr old careened into my scootie at 45 mph, as I drove home from work on September 15, 2022.
The impact sent me through the air first landing on his windshield giving me a tramatic brain injury, breaking ribs, sturnum, and shattering my right eye socket. Then I hit the asfault breaking more ribs, fingers, elbow and all 3 of my right leg bones including a compound facture.
My accident was investigated as a fatality bc the officers on the scene didn't think I'd make it to the hospital.
After two surgeries I spent the next 2 1/2 months in a comma fighting for my life. The Drs told my family that IF I woke up I'd be a vegetable. Quite grim.
It's been months of rehab, physical therapy 3x a week, Drs appts, x-rays, eye surgery, and dentures with only one thought on my mind. I WANT TO LIVE! With the help of my uncle Bill and his wife, my aunt, JoAnn I've been able to struggle through a very long and difficult road to recovery.
Unfortunately, I've lost my job, place to live, and the bills don't stop just bc I've been in a comma for 2 1/2 months.
In honesty, I've come through the other side grateful for the expierance due to this most incredible moment.
Just before I woke up I remember vividly being in a dark area with my spirit brillianly luminated. Like a warm beautiful bright glow. Then, I heard a voice ask me, " what do you want to do? " I knew I was being asked if I wanted to live or die. Within the sound of his voice I heard no judgement. I was free to choose either way. Before I (the physical me) could answer, my spirit chirped up and replied, " I want to live! " And then, just like that I opened my eyes and came out of my comma. I can't think about that moment without tears welling my eyes.
During my hospital stay many Drs. stopped into my room. With star shinning eyes and big bright smiles they all said, "your a miracle!" I jokingly replied, " oh no, I'm just stubborn. It runs in my family. Lol." And, Every time they'd reply, " No, You are a miracle! " Later, I found out on the day of my accident there were a total of 5 motorcycle/ scooter accidents. I am the only surviver. That was the most humbling moment of my life. Tears flowed uncontrollably down my cheeks giving love to God and blessings to those other 4 and their families, that lost their lives.
Today, I carry no pain from the past and find peace and love heading into the future. Life and living IS a miracle and worth living your best life.
At this point, I find myself in a position of vulnerability. Bill collectors don't care about miricals or being given a 2nd chance to live.
It is with a humbled heart I ask for help from family and friends. Just a few dollars whatever you can afford will be gratefully appreciated. Your financial contributions will be put towards my bills, food for my fur babies and nessesary personal items.
Thank you for your love and consideration.
