Running the Lincoln 10k For Heartlink

In Feb 2009 My Son Aiden was born with a rare heart defect which meant he spent a lot of time in hospital. Sadly in 2016 he lost his battle, however throughout his life both in out of hospital the heartlink charity provided immense support to me and my family and continue to offer support to many more families like mine.

To help raise money for this charity I will be running the Lincoln 10k in April this year.

Heart Link (East Midlands Children's Heart Care Association): Is a support group for families who have a child with a heart defect and fundraise to improve facilities at Leicester children's Specialist cardiac centre and provide much needed medical equipment.
