Xavier Noriega

My name is Sheree McIntire, I am Xavier's mom, or Momma Bear as he called me. Xavier was only 19 years old and his life was taken by someone who is unknown at this time. Xavier did not have a life insurance policy. Xavier Juan Santiago Noriega was good, had a good heart, loved with all his being.
