Xayvion Needs a Bassoon for College

Hi, my name is Xayvion.  I am a high school senior and an aspiring symphony musician. I am fortunate to be in a Nashville Symphony program named Accelerando where I study under the principal bassoonist, Julia Harguindey.  This program prepares gifted, diverse students for music careers.  I have benefitted from the program which is great because there are so few underrepresented minorities in the symphony - 1.8% African American. Unfortunately, to reach my goal, I need a professional grade bassoon to audition and attend an elite college, university, or conservatory.  The grade that I need costs $20,000 - $60,000!  You may also hear more of my playing on Instagram at @bassoonboi_xd and please feel free to share this initiative.  Thank you.
