Friends helping the Almquist Family

On Monday 6/15/15 Tom called Darcy to tell her he wasn't feeling well, his arms were numb, he was dizzy and just wasn't right. So he left work and they went to River Falls hospital where they did some blood work to find his glucose levels were at 480 and that he had had a slight heart attack. Tom was transferred to Abott NW in Minneapolis MN early Tuesday morning where they performed an angiogram on his heart and determined he needed to have triple bi-pass surgery. The recovery period will leave Tom out of work for at least two months. He does receive short term disability pay from his job but not at his full pay rate. He also does not have FMLA leave because he hasn't been at his job for a year therefore, they do not know how they will be able to afford their current bills, food for their three children, let alone the new medical bills which Tom and Darcy's insurance will only cover part of.

The Almquist Family is a very humble family they are always the family doing the helping! I am here today to ask for your help.. to help my extended family get through this terrible rough patch to help them.
