Stolen Tools

Hi everyone, my name is Alex Melendez some of you know me from my IG page @am_builder. I’ve woken up this morning with a horrible sight of all my power tools and hand tools stolen from my vehicle last night. Not to mention presents I had for Christmas. So far from what I was able to count , they took up too $4,000+ from me. The cover picture doesn’t show my full set of tools but If any of you know me personally, you know I take so much pride in owning all my tools because Ive worked so hard to purchase them and grow my collection of tools. I understand people are desperate to steal and take things from people especially around the holidays , but they never think just how hard and how long it’s taken someone to own those things. Those tools took me years to save up to buy, I’ve created beautiful spaces and experiences with those tools. The pride I take in my work also comes from the pride I have in what I own personally and how I’ve struggled to own what was stolen from me. For any of you that can help me in any way with this page or even just sharing my situation, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Having this happen right before the holidays throws a big weight over my head, I feel so down because I know where those tools have taken me. To some of you it might just be simple items but to me, they told some of my story on how I’ve worked so hard to purchase all those things and bring so much amazing opportunities in my career.. I created amazing spaces and brought so much joy from past clients and it feels like someone just took that from me.. I can go on writing what I feel but I’ll keep it to this point. Again thank you to anyone who can help in anyway with this situation, really from the bottom of my heart thank you..
