Our Fight For Justice!
Donation protected
Please help us with our application to the Federal Circuit Court. Our fight for justice will be an expensive one, so we need your help. Your donations will help us hire a lawyer to represent us in Court. All money raised will go towards legal expenses, and any money left over will go towards the building of T&L FIRESTONE, and ultimately, the employment of indigenous apprentices.
To hear our story please watch the attached video or read the paragraphs below.

Luke and Kyle Staff are brothers and stonemasons. They were both unlawfully dismissed by the same stonemasonry company in South East Queensland. The company refused to pay them their entitlements. Luke and Kyle had no choice but to make an application to the Fair Work Commission.
After they had lodged their applications with the Fair Work Commission, Luke and Kyle’s previous employer made malicious accusations to the QLD police, which were proven to be false after a police investigation took place.
Their previous employer then refused to negotiate in the Fair Work Commission’s conciliation meeting. As the FWC has no power to enforce outcomes in a conciliation, Luke and Kyle are forced to take the only other option available - an application to the Federal Circuit Court.
The Federal Circuit Court has the power to ensure Luke and Kyle get the entitlements they are owed from their previous employer. This is their last option, and their only way to fight for justice.
