Help Save Gunner

Hi everyone!

My stepdad, Pete Picardi has had Gunner for 8 years now since he was a puppy. He is his best friend, and you can always find them fishing together or hanging out while Gunner begs everyone for treats. Sadly Gunner is in need of your help. Around October 23rd Gunner started throwing up and shortly after became jaundice. His dad (Pete) rushed him to Altmeyer Animal Hospital where he was cared for by their compassionate staff until he had to be transferred to Avets Emergency Hospital 3 days later to be admitted to their critical care unit. After an ultrasound, a CT scan, and extensive blood work, Pete was told that Gunner had an infected gal bladder, a potential biliary blockage and/or closure and pancreatitis. He needs a life saving surgery if he is going to recover. The cost of the surgery is $5,000-$7,000 and he needs it ASAP or he’ll need to be euthanized as he is suffering. Please help us save Gunner.
