Help Rob Sexton get back on his... foot

Donation protected
Hi friends!

On May 21st of this year my dad, Robbin Sexton, celebrated his retirement after 30 years of teaching high school.  The next day on May 22nd he was in the hospital where doctors had to emergency amputate his left leg below the knee due to an infection that spread to his bones.  This was unexpected and traumatic for all of us.

Luckily, he is okay!  He has made an excellent recovery and more importantly has maintained admirable positivity throughout the entire ordeal.

We're asking for some help. Now that he is moving out of recovery and adapting to his new lifestyle the reality of how big the changes needed and expenses that come with them is more than a single recently disabled guy can handle.
We're looking for financial support for his massive medical bills, new prosthetic leg, and possible renovations to his house to make it ADA compliant and safe for him to live alone. Rob lives on a few acres of beautiful land in Southern Arizona a mile from the Mexican border and has big dreams for his retirement years and doesn't want to be forced into the city or in assisted living.  We all just want him to enjoy his life after all the years he has spent serving his community and country.

A little about Rob: He is a Wartime Veteran serving in the US Army and saw combat in Vietnam.  He spent over 30 years working as an educator in multiple high schools around the Phoenix area.  He coached almost every high school sport for both girls and boys and saw several teams and individual students to State Championships, and was an advisor for local rodeo clubs. He was also a skills USA advisor and a volunteer at Veterans Affairs and with the American Legion Riders.
Rob is a sweet, funny, and friendly old cowboy who loves music, western culture, and the beauty of nature.

Any money raised will be used to directly pay off his medical bills, physical therapy, prosthetic leg, and house renovations such as removing his bathtub to add an open shower so he is safe getting in and out alone and paying off his wheelchair accessible ramp.

Thank you to everyone for your endless support and for donating to help my dad.
