Home for Hope

This Go Fund Me request is for my sister, Hope Fay.  Over 8 months ago, Hope started the process of getting a WA state FHA loan approved to purchase the house and clinic where she lives and works.

Then, quarantine lockdown happened and everything came to a standstill related to government loans and took much longer than normal.

Hope's loan application through Wa state FHA  included a 2nd loan to cover her down payment and part of her closing costs.   After waiting 8 months to get the loan approval in time for the closing on October 31st, she was informed she could not qualify for the loan and that she needed to apply for a standard FHA loan without the downpayment and closing loan included.

Now, just 2 weeks before closing, in order for Hope to purchase her home and clinic, she must come up with $19,000 to cover her downpayment and closing costs.

Dear family, friends and community of Hope, will you please help our sister who has served her community since 1986, to keep her home and clinic where she practices medicine.   Your gift is greatly appreciated.
