Brian Cronin Recovery Fund

Donation protected
Many of you know Brian Cronin as the friendly face who has greeted customers at his family’s longtime Salisbury business, Whekelbra Cleaners, six days a week for the past 30+ years.

Brian recently experienced a terrible accident at his home that severely injured his hands and eyes. He has undergone several surgeries and is currently recovering at one of Boston’s best hospitals. Unfortunately, he has lost one of his hands and doctors are working to restore his eyesight. Rehabilitation and physical therapy will be next and there is immediate financial need. We are looking to raise as much money as we can to support Brian and his family through this challenging time, and help him get back behind the counter at Whekelbra.

Brian is a lifelong South Hampton resident, a member of the Amesbury High Class of 1988 and a huge Bruins fan who has held season tickets for more than 20 years. Brian's closest family and friends know him as kind, generous and loyal son, grandson, brother, uncle, cousin and friend who is always willing to help and never wants anything in return. But now he needs our help.

Brian’s fighting spirit and optimism through such adversity has inspired all of us. But with no ability to work for the foreseeable future and mounting medical bills, he and his family face a long road ahead. The Cronin family sincerely thanks you for all your well wishes and support.
