Hi.

Alan Williams here. Many of you know me from Monkee Mania Radio.

I have been updating my friends and family on my recent medical issues. Today I received some news that I never thought I would hear. What

I thought originally was pain in my rib cage turned out to be Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer.

The cancer has spread and chemotherapy and radiation is my only option at this point.

Though I’m pretty shocked, I’m staying positive.

I am in the middle of a move currently and I have missed some work due to these extra tests and appointments and seems I will miss a little more due to these new findings.

I'm pretty embarrassed to have to ask for help but here I am facing the reality of things I didn’t expect to face in general.

If you can spare some extra money to help me get by for the next few weeks, I could really use it while dealing with my new medical situation but if not, I understand. I don’t want you to give much, I am asking $5 or $10 bucks, nothing crazy.

Thank you for all of those who have checked on me. I will continue to do my show on Monkee Mania Radio because that’s where we all get to be happy together.
