May Family Support

Hello, my name is Jade. In behalf of many friends and family, we are fundraising for a very dear friend who lost his life in a car accident. He was the sole provider for his family. He has a wife and four children.

 

Chris May is one of the most giving and kind people I have ever had the privilege to know and be friends with. He would make time to help whenever and where ever he could. If someone needed help with moving, chopping firewood, shoveling snow, grocery shopping, checking on you to see if you needed something and much more, Chris was always there. Anyone who knew Chris knows that the list goes on and on about how helpful he was. This is the least we can do for his family. Chris is loved by many and will be missed until we see him again in the resurrection!

I have gotten to know and become friends with Sarah and the kids over the last 4 years and they are a wonderful family. It is amazing how fast kids grow! Of course the last two years have put a strain on our relationship due to covid but zoom has kept us in touch. Chris, Sarah, Maggie and Wesley loved to go on hikes and explore what Oregon has to offer in beauty. I loved looking at the pictures she posted on Instagram of their trips and has inspired me to do the same with my family. Despite losing one of the most awesome friends, it will not stop the ongoing friendship with Sarah, Maggie and Wesley. Times like this can really bond friendships and that is the goal, not just with my family but with many families that have been affected with the loss of this wonderful husband, father, son and friend. 

As soon as I finished setting up this Go Fund Me page I called Sarah and made her the beneficiary. All the donated funds will go directly to her and the kids. The funds used will be used to pay bills, groceries, clothes and any other necessities the family will need to get by during these difficult times.
