Rachel’s recovery

Hi! My sister Rachel Apple was in a serious car accident on May 1st. Rachel was unresponsive on the scene of the wreck and rapidly transported to the emergency department. After arrival at the ED she began to have seizures and was intubated. She stayed overnight in the ICU on a ventilator. Imaging showed that Rachel has a brain bleed. Rachel was in the hospital for a week, during the discussion of her recovery post discharge she was going to have home health and assistance making her home handicap accessible. She was discharged with the reassurance of having home health. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the hospital her insurance revoked the assistance leaving her with out help from healthcare and an accessible home. Rachel is still suffering with severe dizziness daily from her traumatic brain injury, pain, brain fog, and weakness. She went from working all day and taking care of her three children to working hard just to get up in the morning. Rachel is still unable to go back to work right now due to her condition however is working hard every day to get back! Family has been helping tremendously with her kiddos but she misses them SO much. My family, her kids family, and friends have helped keep rachel fed and taken care of! I am asking for assistance for my sister to help with medical needs & necessary bills, and keeping a roof over her head while she works to get back to her everyday life.
