Oxygen Therapy (Portable oxygen concentrator)

I am writing to request your help in purchasing an oxygen concentrator. I have been diagnosed with COPD, and I need oxygen therapy to help me breathe. I am currently on a fixed income, and I cannot afford to purchase the concentrator on my own.
