Stage 4 CHF

On Jan 22nd me and my 4 year old son were coming back into town from visiting a friend when the motor seized up on my suburban. I recently had the motor rebuilt in Jun of last year but due to limited funds I paid a cash deal to the shop which they gave me a very limited warranty. I am now without transportation. I am 34 years old and was diagnosed with stage 4 congestive heart failure a little over a year ago, so my vehicle is very vital to getting to my Dr appointments as well getting my son back and forth between Missouri and Kansas as me and his mother stay in different states, as well as having any hope of finding some type of work the Dr will allow. The money I raise will go towards getting the motor replaced with preferably a remanufactured one which runs around $1999+tax and then sensors fluids and all that as well as having a shop put it on which is another $1000 or purchasing a different vehicle that is road worthy and has a/c. I can honestly say it is very hard for me to even ask for help as up until I was diagnosed with my condition I was always the one who made things happen or got things done for myself and other people. Now that I am living off of my disability check of $835 a month my means are very limited.
