JUSTICE FOR MORGAN

As most of you know my sister, Morgan Genberg, was brutally attacked by her boyfriend, Nicholas Gonzales, on 1/2/2021.  Morgan found out he was cheating on her for the last 8 months with someone who's enabled his violent ways.  Nick did not like this and became the most abusive he has ever been with the intent to kill Morgan and himself.  The girl Nick had been cheating on Morgan with has come to his rescue for every other incident he has been involved in and has bailed him out several times even though it has meant putting her own three children at risk. 

I was able to get Nick's bond revoked, however this doesn't guarantee Morgan's safety for long.  Nick promised Morgan if she ever sent him to jail she could guarantee he would cut her head off and send it to our mother.  Morgan has basically given up living any type of normal life due to what he has done to her.  Morgan has been going to work EVEN with the injuries she has sustained so people can she is trying her best to live a normal life.

The girl Nick had been cheating on Morgan with has her name on several of Nick's accounts and is trying to get him a great lawyer (which she has done is the past).  Unfortunately Morgan found out in the last few days that Nick had tried to kill another girlfriend in the past and was only sentenced to two years.  WE ARE VERY WORRIED Nick will not get the sentencing he should receive and we are trying to protect Morgan in any way that we can.  She did not deserve any of this.  Unfortunately, she fell victim to a manipulative psychopath with a long history of violence and this time she was barely able to escape.  If he gets out again due to lenient sentencing that may not be the case. 

We are raising funds to assist Morgan in obtaining a great attorney, cover medical bills, mental health costs, repairs, and cover potential moving costs.  The preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan 21st.
