Emergency Help for Diamond – Fighting for Her Life

Hi everyone,

I’m writing this through tears, begging for help for my sweet dog, Diamond. She’s a pitbull mix with the kindest soul, the brightest eyes, and the most loving heart. She’s been my best friend, my comfort, my everything. Everyone who meets her falls in love with her.

This past week, something in her changed. She stopped eating, grew weak, and started declining fast. I had to go on a family cruise, and leaving her tore me apart—but I had no choice. My amazing friend India has been taking care of her, and she just told me that Diamond is now vomiting old blood, peeing uncontrollably, not eating at all, and is too weak to move.

She’s always been full of life, energy, and love—this is not my girl. Doctors now fear it might be leptospirosis, a serious bacterial infection that is attacking her liver, which is slowly deteriorating. We are waiting on lab results and moving as fast as we can, but time is critical.

I am absolutely shattered. This is not how I imagined her story would go—not my baby girl. The medical bills for tests, treatment, and hospitalization are more than I can afford. I don’t have anyone else to turn to, so I’m asking—screaming—for help.
