Help Dylan and His Mom Through This Medical Emergency
Donation protected
Update as of 4pm on 4/26:
Dylan was transferred to UC Davis for specialty care. He has a large, rare type of tumor in a very sensitive part of his brain. The staff will be taking all kinds of new tests, including a biopsy to determine the best way to handle this. Dylan has been on heavy seizure medicine because the pressure in his brain has caused multiple seizures.
As many of you know, Dylan pretty much always stays in good spirits. He's feeling confident in his ability to get through this. Sarah is being strong. This is very hard for her. She wants everyone to know how incredibly thankful she is for the support in helping her be able to keep focused on Dylan right now.
Dylan is in very good hands, and we're just praying for a prefect solution and recovery.
Original post 4/25:
My aunt Sarah is reaching out for support during a super hard time.
Earlier today, my cousin Dylan had a seizure and fainted, and he was rushed to the emergency room in Placerville. Doctors found a large tumor in his brain that appears to have been there for some time. He will be transferred soon to a specialist at UC Davis to determine if it’s cancerous and what the next steps are.
Despite everything, Dylan is awake and talking. He’s tough, and we’re staying hopeful as we wait for more answers.
This comes just under two years after my aunt lost her oldest son, Clancy. Now she’s facing another scary journey, and she doesn't want to leave Dylan’s side for a moment — he needs her, and she needs to be there for him.
We’re asking for any support to help her stay by Dylan's side without the extra burden of worrying about finances. Anything you can give will go directly toward helping her cover basic needs like gas, food, and staying near the hospital.
We are deeply thankful for any donation, big or small, and even simply for keeping Dylan and our family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you so much for your support.
