I am reaching out to help my sister raise funds to bury her son. He was a 5-year old non-verbal austistic boy who passed away tragically in a drowning accident. He was spending the Christmas holiday with his dad in Ocala. He tragically drowned in the hotel pool on Christmas Eve 2023.
This family has been through a lot and has been struggling to make ends meet. And we’re not prepared for such a tragedy. They desperately need help raising funds to bury their oldest child, this holiday season.
I wanted to start a GoFundMe to raise money to help this family during this time . To ease a burden they never expected.
The boy was a bright, smart, active young boy whose life was ripped away from him too soon. He was a kindergartner and learning so quickly how to count, read, write and learn how to vocalize his needs. He was just about potty trained and almost out of pampers. There’s were HUGE milestones in his development. His family loved him so much. He truly was the light of their lives and the life of any event. He really brightened any room with his fun, loving demeanor. He loved jumping and watching videos on his tablet. He danced all the time and absolutely loved anything to do with water. He was a vivacious young boy. We would go to Busch gardens and the splash pad for him to run around.
He is missed so dearly and the family is in need of all the thoughts and prayers. But if we can ease the burden of financially preparing to lay their baby to rest. Rest in peace little man. We love and miss you!
