Funeral Expenses for Rhonda Smith

On January 28th, 2024 the kindest, purest soul was called to Heaven. I honestly cannot even believe I am typing this and that she is gone. Though she had health struggles we were never prepared to lose her this suddenly.

After a month in rehab learning how to walk again we brought Momma home on Saturday. She didn't feel great but that is not that unusual for her. By morning she couldn't breathe. We called 911 and they took her to the ER. After trying to save her in every way possible, we knew it was time to let her go. Multiple sclerosis finally won the battle and she could not fight the pneumonia invading her body. Though MS won this battle, God won the war. Mom knew where she was going. She knew her Jesus waited for her right beside Daddy.

To say we are shocked and broken is an understatement. On top of the pain and disbelief is the fact mom couldn't afford life insurance. I was going to sit down with her this week and get quotes even if we had to pay for it, but I put that on the to-do list a little too late. I hate to ask for money and so did she but we need your help.
