Help for refugees in Poland
Donation protected
I have a dear friend in Poland who has taken in a family of refugees.
They are a mother and four children. The father left the mother and children at the border and returned to fight. The village where my friend lives has, so far, taken in about 100 people, women and children mostly, with some grandparents as well. The villagers have opened their homes to their neighbors and are giving everything they can. What they lack are foodstuffs and medicines. They have set up a free commissary for the refugees, and as you can see from the photos, the cupboards are pretty bare.
My friends are too proud, and some would say stubborn to ask for help, so I am asking on their behalf.
