Support & Care of Ismenia & Odalis’ Daughters

In Loving Memory of Ismenia and Odalis Ureña for the Care and Support of their Beloved Daughters:

Dear Community,

In the early morning hours of Saturday, August 12th, 2023, my sister Ismenia and brother-in-law Odalis Ureña were tragically killed in a horrific, wrong-way, head-on car crash in Laurel Hollow, Long Island while driving home from a date night.

They leave behind their beloved young daughters ages 8 and 14, and their dog Coco.

Our hearts and souls weep with grief.

Anyone who met my sister Ismenia, and her husband Odalis were forever touched by their kind, generous and fun-loving spirits. They were deeply driven by their commitment to charitable activities helping to build homes for homeless families in the Dominican Republic, South America, and India through their philanthropic work.

We are absolutely devastated by this immense loss. The world is indeed a darker place without their light.
