Rehabilitation Fund

On the fourth of July, I was involved in a tragic accident! A driver crossed double yellow lines, into my lane, causing a head on collision. My injuries include, but are not limited to : closed displaced fracture of left acetabulum, fracture of shaft of left fibula, fracture of distal end of left fibula, closed fracture of pelvis, left shoulder and right foot sprains! The doctors recommend rest, non weight bearing ambulation, and acute physical therapy. As I'm currently on the mend, I'm concurrently out of work. We need financial assistance as soon as possible. Your help will provide resources for extensive physical therapy, costly medical expenses, lost wages, transportation, physical recovery, general financials (utilities, rent, food, etc.), and allowances for the community involved with my rehabilitation. We are open to any other means of help, such as meals, transportation, and etc. I'm usually self sufficient, however, I find this situation urgent and well beyond the means of family, friends, and myself. And, I'm relegated to asking for any and all assistance I may obtain!
