Help Leah get a home

My name is Leah Burrows. I'm a Trans non-binary person who recently became homeless due to financial and family issues. I was lucky enough for my grandparents to get me a motel room for a week but it's run out and I have no where to go. I have several medications I have to take, including blood thinners, or I get blood clots that have almost taken my life twice in 4 years. I also can barely use my right arm because of an injury that caused my elbow joints to fuse wrong. Apartments are very expensive and I want to get one close to the hospital I go to for my medications and doctors appointments. I don't know what else to do and I'm afraid for my health.
