- Hello, My name is Cynthia Menas. I am doing a gofundme For my Husband George Menas II aka (Bob) He is a great husband, father , and Grandfather. He's our own hero. Served in the Marine Corp. Fought in Desert Storm, and is so Proud of his service. A very hard worker, a great friend to so many. And proud of his faith in our lord ³and country. He's the one everyone calls for help. Now he needs our help. Bob was diagnosed with a pancoast tumor in his right lung, that has spread to the brain. The marine Corp has not sent paperwork so he can get into the VA. And illegals can get help before my husband. Medicaid is pending...We are now at Gibbs cancer research center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. I am now trying too get private Health insurance for him. He will not be able to work. I will pick that up for him. He will be in a fight again. He's never had health problems before. He never got covid... So this diagnoses took us totally by shock. I am devastated as our children and grandchildren. We know this is going to be a battle. We are very simple people , We love God ,family, Country. The bills will be way over our Heads. And I want to ease his mind, as much as I can. We have never asked for help in our many years together. His pride is so high.and he's stressed to me . He doesnt want to be a charity case. But I know we are going to need help. Our faith in God is very strong. And we know he's walking right beside us. As we begin our fight together. Bob is a great electrician, carpenter , a general contractor. He built a church at a campground. Helped so many people, with their needs. Well now Bob needs us. I need you too. He will be doing chemo and radiation. Double doses of them. So if you can help ease his Borden, please pray . We are grateful for the time, God has given us. But we want more time together. He has grandchildren to teach sports too. To show them to love the lord, and their country. Now I found out there is a desert storm syndrome. Main thing in it , brain and lung cancer....Please help me help Bob, thank you so much for helping,
