Robbed! Please Help Timothy Houser!
Timothy Houser is friendly, generous, funny, smart, determined and truely one of the nicest guys you could ever meet! He suffers from an genetic physical disease, Friedreich’s ataxia (FA) which limits him to wheelchair (in short, FA is a degenerative disease that attacks nerves, spinal cord, heart, and cerebellum).
Last night, a criminal saw this kind person paired with a physical disability and targeted him in a planned robbery. This criminal ran Timothy off the road, approached his van, assulted him through the window and stole Timothy's bag. This bag contained his wallet, twenty-five thousand dollars, perscriptions, a handgun, and other personal items.
This is not the first time he's been robbed. To make the situation worse, it was very unusual for Timothy to carry that much cash, it was money from the sale of his late father's business, his inheritance. A friend asked Timothy: "Why don't you move to a better area?", his response: "I can't move anymore. I have no more money. My dad was looking out for me financially. Now that is gone too."
Despite everything, I'm sure Timothy's can-do attitude, good nature, and determination will continue. It's who he is and the Timmy we all love!
Please donate to help Timothy get back what was stolen. Help fufill his need to live in a safer area. Help share his story. Help pay it forward.
Thank you!
