Terrell's Pathway to Stem Trip

Donation protected

Hello everyone, my name is Kelly Robinson. My son, Terrell, age 8, has been cordially invited to participate in the National Youth Leadership Forum: Pathways to Stem in honor of his maturity, academic excellence, and leadership potential. This is a wonderful opportunity with him and I do not want him to miss out because we are unable to support him financially. Let me share with you information about this program: www.envisionexperience.com

National Youth Leadership Forum: Pathways to STEM is a unique learning experience for bright, forward-thinking elementary school students who will evolve into our next generation of innovators, engineers, doctors, software developers, and scientists. Students learn by doing during six days of hands-on simulations and workshops, while making new friends and having unforgettable adventures. Virtually all career fields today require a solid foundation of STEM. That’s precisely why these are the fastest growing areas of study, and the reason that STEM professionals are in the highest demand in the United States and throughout the world.  Early exposure to these fields can set today’s kids on a path to success by giving them the tools needed to make informed decisions about the future. NYLF Pathways to STEM is a fantastic opportunity for curious and high-aspiring young students to explore the frontiers of 21st century science and technology.

Doesn't that sound amazing. Please help me reach our goal to save him a spot to participate in an amazing lifetime opportunity that will invest in his future.

From Terrell: I am the oldest child in my family and is proud to be a big brother. This year I am in the third grade. This school year has fiven me the opportunity to work well with other students and teachers, participate in extracurricular activities, and develop responsibility. Throughout the school year I was very excited to have participated in several activities, one in which I completed a project on; “How to Make a Volcano Erupt” for the science fair. I received lessons on playing the violin, became a Cub Scout (Bear), a yellow belt in Karate, and an all-around player in Basketball for the YMCA. Addition to that, I was a participant in the Math Fact group. It was here in being a participant in the Math Fact group were I began to realize that math was one of my strongest subjects and that I wanted to be a Teacher. With the experience I gained from all of the programs; allowing me to meet new people, overcome my fears, take risk, compete with integrity, and learn leadership skills, I knew that the field of teaching was the career for me. With your donations, I would be able to attend a program that will invest in my career choice and give me an opportunity to reach my full potential. As you can see, despite my family's hardships, I strive to be all that I can be to set an example for my little brother. Every child is born with greatness and with pupose and it will be an honor to have you walk this journey with me as I discover my purpose. I will be so grateful and always remember that support from others helped shape and mode me into success.

We need donations now through April 10th so that we dont miss this opportunity. The first $500 is due IMMEDIATELY to secure his spot in the program.
