New Disability for Clydene

Sadly i am here again to ask for the help of the itnernet. with my meidical situaton. I have kidney failure and I am on dialysis 3 times a week. I am also losing my vision and going blind. I had to leave my job because I could nologner see the forms I needed to process for work.
Due to an error at work I don't have disablity insurance. I am waiting for Social Security Disability, but after waiting since Feb 2015, i still ahve to wait un til Septembrer 2015 to get their determination. So I am here again hat in hand asking for hellp.
I have turned off the other campaign because that money is all gone. I've lived off it since October 2014 because I ran out of sick leave and vacsation and coudln't work full time anymore.
So any amount will help me gett through this additional 3 months.
