Cancer Research Skydive UK

Hi, my name is Jack
In 2015 my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer which, shockingly, took me by complete surprise. Although you always hear about it and know how unfortunately common it is, you never believe that it might affect someone you love. During her treatment which involved chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a mastectomy, I couldn't believe how incredibly strong and upbeat mum was. I can honestly say had she not have lost her hair, you would never have known, just through her determination to beat it. Which, she did!
Unfortunately, after nearly five years of remission, she was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, which had spread throughout her body and was told it could be treatable but incurable. But once again, I've been baffled by my mum as she's taken it on again, with the same strength and bravery she showed me all those years ago.
So, I thought I would borrow some of mum's bravery and do something for her. I'm going to be strapped to another man and thrown out of a plane the minimum I need to raise is £400, which will secure my plane ticket and training and give at least £130 to Cancer Research UK.

Thank you to everyone in advance!

UPDATE! The jump is booked for Sunday 8th May! Thank you to everyone for the massive support!
