Derek Schiefer Fund

Our hearts were broken early Friday morning as the news of our beloved Derek passed away suddenly in his sleep. He was a bright light with an even bigger personality and a heart of gold loved by many.

We hope to raise money for funeral expenses and his celebration of life. We hope that his friends and community will help take the financial stress away from his grieving family and loved ones. Please feel free to donate any amount; small donations will start to add up. Any additional money received will be donated to the Derek Shiefer Scholarship at Georgia Southern.

Please join us in celebrating Derek's life on Thursday, November 16th, at 3 pm. A service will be held at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, followed by a celebration of life.
