Show Love for Logan

With permission from Becky and Evan Overby, I have created this Gofundme to support Logan’s family, as he’s about to undergo another surgery on his brain this summer. They do not qualify financially for any support, they were denied by the Ronald McDonald House, and will only get validated parking for the day of surgery. I hope through your generosity, we can alleviate some hardship on their family. If you’d like to read his story from Mrs. Overby, see below.

Logan’s Story:

At 4 months, Logan was diagnosed with hydrocephalus secondary to a rare brain tumor, Atypical Choroid Plexus Papilloma. By 6 months of age he had undergone 6 surgeries, 5 of those being brain surgeries. At 8 months he developed seizures due to his tumor removal. He was controlled with meds for a year and we started to wean him off. He was seizure free until about 3 years old. Since then he has steadily failed 6 meds and his seizures have increased. He suffers from myoclonic, absent and focal seizures. He seizes now up to 8 times a day.

On June 5th he will be undergoing his first brain surgery to help stop the seizures. We will be at Texas Children's Hospital anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months depending on what kind of surgery is decided on.
