Help this boy smile

Dan is my Little Brother, from Big Brothers, and most of his teeth are down to stumps, so they need to be removed surgically. His teeth have deteriorated that badly over the years and he has no dental insurance. Please help me get this done, and then he can see about getting dentures to let him smile like he should.
