Thank you all, your generous contributions are helping us get closer to our goal of volunteering in Costa Rica this summer to assist with public education and medical checkups in local communities with the Global Leadership Adventures - Medicine & Healthcare Discovery Program. Through immersive campaigns with medical professionals in vision screening, physical and occupational therapy, and dental health education, we will not only gain insight into the medical field, but also develop an understanding for the importance of public health education and management. This program also gives us the opportunity to experience other cultures firsthand, to learn about important issues in other parts of the world, and to become more globally-aware.
