Michelle's Healing Journey

Hi my name is Silvia. My younger sister was involved in a tragic accident that almost cost her life on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023. She was struck by a single bullet that went through both lungs and grazed her heart, leaving her sternum and ribs fractured. Michelle was airlifted to the hospital where they performed life saving emergency surgery. She is currently in trauma ICU with two chest tubes and a drain in her heart. We are asking for financial assistance to help cover expenses throughout her lengthy and difficult healing journey, which will keep her out of school and work for a long time. Doctors have stated that it will be a long road to recovery requiring extensive therapies to be able to obtain back her normal strength and return to her normal routines.
