Toybox Tiny Home

Small, thoughtfully designed and affordable homes are emerging to help define a renewed and alternative standard of living that downsizes space and “stuff” while upgrading quality of living.
Paul Schultz, a Chicago based designer, has a passion for tiny spaces and has been creating them since childhood. As one of eleven children, Paul developed a strong desire to maximize his use of space. He attempted to build his own backyard "tiny home" at age five and spent most of his life working in architecture and design. In early 2014, Paul worked with another tiny house enthusiast to build the initial prototype home which later became known as the Toybox Tiny Home.
The Toybox Tiny Home combines modern compositional forms with an ecologically responsible material palette to express a whimsical concept: a home is a place of peace, simplicity, happiness and recreation.
After the launch of the Toybox's website, the home gained popularity and was published in print and digitally including a feature on HGTV's website. The publicity page of the website has links to these articles. Toyboxtinyhome.com
Paul is committed to designing and developing many more tiny houses, with to aim to help people reinvent and simplify their lives. He invites you to join him on this exciting journey by participating in this Go Fund Me campaign. Money raised will pay for the development of numerous tiny home prototypes to bring to market.
