Help Me Become Mobile

Due to circumstances totally out of my control, I've been stuck largely in my house for quite literally years and I'm trying VERY HARD to become mobile and more self-reliant. I'm getting too old to be 100% broke all the time. I can't even go out and enjoy myself at local music shows without asking other people for rides. Cabin fever is seriously taking a mental & physical toll on me in a very bad way. I've had a few jobs before in the past, but I've just basically pulled the short straw in life so far.

I came into possession of this car which I bought with some money an aunt left in her final will to me. It runs fine and sounds good for being 18 years old with 148k miles on it, which is so lucky for the price I paid for it. I'm so close to having it out on the road. I ran out of money after I replaced the entire front end myself. Ultimately, I need wheels & tires, brake pads all the way around, a headlight bulb, the heater core replaced before cold weather sets in, (which is coming very soon, usually during late September & October) an inspection sticker & an alignment and the fees to get it legal. If I end up getting any extra, I'll put it towards fixing the rust hole in my driver's side fender and a few other odds & ends with it.
