Garrett's medical care

My fiance,  my best friend is in the hospital due to Acute Kidney failure.  He has also gone through a heart transplant several years ago (2007). I want and need to be by his side as much as possible but can not due to financial restraints. We have never asked for help with anything in the past but desperately need it now.  Those of you whom may donate know of Garrett's  conditions.  Those of you who don't can reach me via phone and/or email for all details.  We are also asking for prayers and well wishes.
