Rory's Fight

Meet Rory! Rory is a 17 year old who has been diagnosed with an Aggressive High Grade Glioma Brain Tumor. Unfortunately, this is Rory's second fight against brain cancer. At age 5, he was diagnosed with Medullo Blastoma brain tumor.  Currently, he has had brain surgery and is now taking chemotherapy to help slow the growth of the tumor. There is no cure for this type of cancer, there is only time given. Rory has been given 6 to 12 months. Rory is truly a fighter, with a  tremendous heart and inner strength. Rory has the ability to make those around him smile, he is always kind. He has a love for animals, especially his four dogs. He is the youngest of three siblings, having an older brother Patrick, and sister Kerry. 

Rory's mother, Mary McGonigle (nee, Downing) has been a registered nurse for 29 years. As a nurse, Mary has been there for others throughout her entire career. Her wish is to leave work at this time to care for Rory. However, this is not possible due to loss of income as well as a loss of insurance. Mary, Pat and family need your help. Rory is an angel here on Earth, he has brought an abundance of happiness to his family and all those around him. Please help this family in need, spread the word and donate what your means allow.
