This fundraiser created because regrettably we have now lost out Father Orville Burrows Sr. on May 19 at 23:30

So soon after losing our Brother Eric

Eric Burrows ( deceased ) ,Orville Burrows jr, and Patrick Burrows

Our Father hails from St. Phillip Barbados born and raised , he served in the Barbados police force before immigrating to Canada

Orville Sr. was a man of the world he loved people he loved social gatherings .

Outgoing and friendly he had the penchant for bringing the best out of people.

He always stated laughter is the best medicine

A fantastic charmer and would definitely make you laugh .

Everyone he encountered this was his amazing ability .

In Canada he was forced to change his career path to nursing assistant due to the non hiring of blacks in the police force in 1960’s

He was passionate about continuing his policeman career

Nevertheless, he strived to keep it moving despite the setbacks

He remained involved in policing by attending several police conferences offering his experienced insight on police techniques.

Proper discourse was the best way he believed to interact when dealing with minorities.

A door closed , he forced open another

Orville Sr. was a lifeguard , track athlete, and sports enthusiast

Within a year we’ve lost two of our loved ones, the time frame is taxing emotionally, spiritually, and financially as the funeral cost will be exorbitant.

Orville Burrows Sr. and Eric Burrows were strong determined spirits with family foremost in their hearts

Family was everything to them

Our lost is truly painful in such short time as they were loved by many
