Support Yonatan Ben Hamou's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
Yonatan Ben-Hanou is a 23-year-old soldier who sustained traumatic injuries in Gaza on November 2nd, 2023, when his vehicle was struck by an RPG. This incident resulted in a traumatic injury to his left lower extremity, necessitating a life-saving below-the-knee amputation. Additionally, he suffered multiple penetrating shrapnel injuries to his right leg.
The Medical treatments needed are costly. Jonathan's injuries and traumas have resulted in life-altering wounds that continue to impede his daily life and mobility. Without proper treatment, the possibility to properly heal is minimal.
Jonathan's sacrifice for his country demands he be provided with the best possible care. The proposed surgeries are not only medically necessary but are essential to improving his quality of life and functional independence.
I started this campaign in hopes of not only facilitating his recovery process, but to enable him to have the ability to successfully heal as he deserves to, as a soldier fighting for our country. The funds raised will be solely used for the purpose of medical treatments and living expenses for the duration of care.
