At thirty-four years old, while expecting your second child, the last thing you expect to hear is you have cancer. This is the diagnosis Casey Tassin received several weeks ago.

Casey is currently battling stage two breast cancer while pregnant and raising her son. She has a difficult journey ahead of her. She has had to take a leave of absence from work to travel to Lafayette multiple times a week for treatment. She will need several months of chemotherapy followed by multiple surgeries. Triston, her husband, who owns his own business, is also missing multiple days of work to be there for his wife and children.
