Neil Avila Memorial Fund
Donation protected
On March 1, 2021, we lost Neil H. Avila, an ambitious, curious, happy, funny, and talented brother, husband, and father. Neil loved his oldest son Fabio (22), wife Thasanee and their two boys Camilo (4) and Luciano (1) with his whole heart.
The sudden passing of their provider, loving husband, and father is a tremendous loss to Thasanee and their children. We are raising funds to support funeral costs and their young family’s future in the coming days, weeks and months.
I have known Neil and his family for over 20 years. His sister Esther is my best friend since before High School. Most of my childhood memories revolved around the Avila household - they are family to me. Neil was even the DJ at my Sweet 16 (he's a man who wore many different hats). Anyone who's ever met Neil would remember his smile and his easygoing attitude.
It is in moments like these that we, as a community of friends, neighbors and family, need to pick each other up and help get one of our own through this most difficult of times.
Thank you very much in advance on behalf of Thasanee and the entire Avila family - We know that in similar times of need, Neil would be there for all of us. Neil lived life to the fullest and loved his family, his friends, and everyone he met with reckless abandon – let’s go do the same.
Anything you can give will be helpful - No donation is too small. The love and financial support for Neil’s family will not only be felt but greatly appreciated.
